Looks like a Nintendo game. The file name is "19 - Neunzehn (1988)(Soft Pro International)[sFC-NEU][GD].fds". Any idea what system or emulator it's for? edit: nevermind I should have used Google. It's for the Famicon Disk System. http://www.vgmuseum.com/images/fds/01/1.htm

Unless someone can come up with something better, I'd say reformat and reinstall.
