I scan about 600 sites every few hours looking for news. As for forums that I visit (and maybe post in) daily, there would be.. 1emu (of course) Emulator Zone A site i can't name because it contains Mame Rom Links Mameworld Romshare the new neht forum PD and RN (the first place i ever registered at) There are other places, but not on a daily basis.

Xbox emulation is quite primitive at this time. It is not likely to improve until the Xbox is no longer sold. Because microsoft are just as good at suing as any other giant corporation..

The most advanced emulators, the only ones that might run pokemon, would be No$GBA, iDeaS and Desmume. I haven't tried it myself though. And I will move this topic to the Nintendo DS forum.
