I scan about 600 sites every few hours looking for news. Xbox emulation is quite primitive at this time. It is not likely to improve until the Xbox is no longer sold. Because microsoft are just as good at suing as any other giant corporation..

The most advanced emulators, the only ones that might run pokemon, would be No$GBA, iDeaS and Desmume. I haven't tried it myself though. And I will move this topic to the Nintendo DS forum.

I would not be at all surprised if he received a Cease & Desist order. It probably is not enforceable, but the cost of proving it in the courts would be outside his financial means. The problem of big corporations is they can bankrupt you even if you're innocent (or at least, not guilty by law).
