Found the link but it was well hidden. Do a find for v1.0 it is a link.

Get the roms (it comes in a zip file). Put the zip file into the roms folder. Get neogeo.zip and put it into the roms folder. Play the game.

Actually the entire www.mame.net has been closed. Why? MAMEdev didn't like it. Why? Because it was out of date in every way, old artwork, old samples, old everything. The forum was basically unmoderated, and newbies would usually get abused. MAMEdev felt that if people thought this was the face of MAME, then it had to go. So, they asked for and were granted rights over it, and the site was shut down - without any official warning. I only knew it was coming (but not when) because I happened to see a post by Aaron Giles at mameworld. It started with this, then on to today's post here.
