  1. Those "cartoons" are movies. They're supposed to be GOOD. These are just 30 to an hour goodness with a plot or plain silliness. Of course Tweety can't compare to those movies and anime Ok, what about Ren and Stimpy, Ripping friends or the fantastic - TICK.
  2. oh yeah, it is essentially not game specific but more about discussion of those issues in gaming that are relevant or interesting. In fact I have just ordered a GP32 after reading one of the submission pieces. It is also profit free.
  3. no, it is not free. If you check out the free samples in Adobe you will understand why. It is extremely good quality and has some seriously good articles. For example this edition has a small article by a programmer from lost toys about his involvement with Battle Engine Aquila. It is cheap though. One big advantage of the mag is that as it is not technically a commercial product articles about all manner of different projects can be included... http://members.optushome.com.au/dancotter/ In short, why not give it a bash, then after getting to grips with it, submit some work for discussion.
  4. People that only complete games on easy miss out on a lot, examples of this would be Sin and Punishment or Ikaruga of recent times. SO I do not hate it or them; rather, I pity them.
  5. cartoons suck... well unless they are...http://www.nausicaa.net/
  6. Sorry, but it is a well accepted fact that Airwolf was the most badly designed game,in terms of balance, that has ever been published. So bad in fact, that many players struggled to make it out of the initial staging area.
  7. My mate jeem. I whipped him silly at Winning Eleven just yesterday and he nearly cried.

  9. I have a nice TFT screen, all of 21 odd inches... and that means I have the best equipped PC in th eworld. I also have a beige casing for my gubbins.
  10. are spaz inducing. I nearly had a flid playing this. One big abstract boss rush: http://www.emudek.org/shootemup/files/rrootage.html and this, in a similar aesthetic vein: http://www.emudek.org/shootemup/files/noiz2sa.html Try the highest levels. this is a delight, and just as hard once it gets going: http://www.emudek.org/shootemup/files/perf...%20blossom.html _________________
  11. I am a big fan of the earlier albums by The Cardigans. Musically they were very interesting. I am not, however a fan of that text colour you have used.
  12. sorted. Sweet. Far superior to the 64 version, and to fair although monkey flight gives a glimpse of the title it is a real mini game.
  13. That is what I had assumed, but with the varios punctuation as well - (!) or (?) - I thought I would make sure.
  14. There are often letters in the name of ROM titles. Does anyone have a guide as to what they mean? Cheers.
  15. Punch Drunk love Rushmore Roger & Me The Hustler Gattaca this list is much longer than this, but I have all these on my desktop at the moment so they give a goodenough flavour.
  16. Obviouslya classic game, but as I understand such things it is not possiblr to play as an Emulated ROM. Doe sanyone have other information - perhaps a link or download?
  17. I'm a brand new person as well.
  18. urely that would be a breach of the contract formed when payment was made for the product. I am pretty certain on that point - obviously this asumes that no illegal products were being hosted.
  19. Excuse my ignorance, but are there not many diffrent countires that use the dollar. Or am I missing what the currency symbol is?
  20. Dreamcast titles are cheap as chips anyway. Which $ country do you live in?
  21. It is without doubt that Final Fantasy 7 was the best version released. Certainly in relation to the rather westernized version that was Final Fantasy 8. It could be argued that Fantasy 5 was the superior title, and does have a superior narrative, it did not combine and maximize however, the gaming elements and technological elements that Final Fantasy 7 managed. Both do pale into comparison with Final Fantasy Tactics however, which is possibly the best game ever made (obviously the is an individualist statement) and I certainly had some of the best gaming experiences with the superb Square title. Xenogears for PSX was also excellent and I await getting my copy of xenosaga with quite a degree of excitement- which I rare now I am jaded, old and cynical. On a related note Final Fantasy 10 was the biggest pile of 'on rails. RPGing ever made. I mean rpg?s are all about convincing the player they have freedom, but FF10 never even bothered. I did like the clever advancement tables though.
