  1. Thanks for the link Prican. It will be working in the next update.
  2. FBA-XXX Pro already supports decrypted sets with encrypted P ROMs. These are the 'xxxd.zip' sets. Are you sure there's a difference besides how it's spelled?
  3. Because it doesn't actually exist. Allow me to explain. No decrypted P ROMs have ever been released for kof2001. They would be pointless because the original P ROMs run without any additional code. Therefore there cannot be a true 'nd' (non-encrypted P ROMs, decrypted C ROMs) set. The kof2k1nd set you see supported in other emus only has decrypted C ROMs, and so the correct name for it should be kof2001d. This is how it is in FBA-XXX Pro.
  4. UPDATE: - Added driver for KOF 10th Anniversary. (by FerchogtX) - Fixed ct2k3sp. - Improved the UI and menus. - Changed reset shortcut to LTrigger + RTigger + Start. (I pressed the old combination by accident once - and that's one time too many for me ) - kof2k4ex now uses correct s1 CRC. The kof10th driver has some graphical glitches on the Neo-Geo logo screen but other than that it works perfectly. Also I'm looking into a problem with Rastan where you get a black screen after starting the game. I hope to fix it but in the meantime I've found that if you reset the game you can then start it and it will work fine.
  5. These ROMs are marked with x's because dumps of them do not currently exist. So don't waste your time looking for them.
  6. I don't have any problems with kof2003b. Make sure you're using the latest version of both the emu and DATs and ensure your S ROM has a CRC of 482c48a5.
  7. Since MAMEdOX is based on v0.84 the main mwalk set doesn't work. You need to run the bootleg clone set if you want the game to run.
  8. It seems there were a couple of mistakes in the new drivers for samsh5sp and clones. I've now uploaded a fixed XBE and source files. (thanks to Thraxen for pointing the problem out)
  9. You haven't given enough information. Please describe exactly what it is you're doing. Are you running from disc or HDD? What files do you have? Have you done everything just as it says in the documentation?
  10. If you can get Manto to release/share the source then consider it done. But I don't see that happening any time soon. Maybe when he releases his new FBA port (sans source, no doubt) then he'll consider letting out the source to this version.
  11. UPDATE: - Updated ROM names across all systems. All supported ROMs are now 100% cross-compatible with MAMEdOX (assuming you're using the version that supports the Pro NG sets).
  12. Thanks for the info. I know what the problem is with samsh5bl now. It's just a question of whether I can fix it or not.
  13. Yes, the changed source files are in there. The main reason I included them was in case you guys wanted to use them, so it's no problem. BTW, while you're here, is there any chance you could have a go at adding the Simple2x filter to MAMEdOX? It gives a look more true to the original arcade machines than either of the current options. Thanks.
  14. I think it's unlikely we'll be seeing the source released any time soon. It's even been said that when Manto/Jan release the new Xbox port of FBA in the future there will be no source release for that either, to stop people from creating builds that add newer romsets. If this turns out to be the case then I hope somebody questions how they can slam people like Gogo and myself for violating their license and then, when it suits them, violate licenses themselves (i.e. the GPL). We shall see...
  15. Are you sure? I thought I checked the CPS games and found that they were the same. I'll check again, if they are different then I'll most definitely need to fix that.
  16. This is something I threw together for my own use and I thought other users of FBA-XXX Pro and MAMEdOX might find it useful also. I've basically updated the Neo-Geo romsets supported by MAMEdOX to the ones used by FBA-XXX Pro (excluding bootlegs). Handy for those who don't want to have to use different sets for different emus. The file is a replacement 'MAMEoX.xbe' so I can't link to it here (it's too big for an IPS patch). But those who know where to get the 'FBAXXX_Pro.rar' package should have no trouble getting 'MAMEdOX_upd.rar'. Note that you will probably need to delete your old MAMEdOX save folder for the driver changes to take effect. Also in the archive is an updated vm.txt (with entries for the sets that have been added) and the changed source files. Enjoy. + T +
  17. There was a little issue with the DATs in the last release not detecting progear clones correctly. I've now updated the package with fixed versions for those who were having this problem.
  18. UPDATE: - Fixed scrambled graphics in cthd2003. - Fixed graphics in samsh5bl. (I don't have the romset to test this but it should be fixed now) - Some ROM updates. - Added list of all supported ROMsets to package. Then you'll be waiting a long time since there will never be a '1.0'. Version numbers are a waste of time when you make such small and frequent updates, and besides, none of the emulators Pro is based on have reached v1.0 status yet (FBA-Xb4, FBA-XXXb5, FBA v0.2.95.23). FBA-XXX Pro is an ongoing WIP and will remain that way for as long as I continue to work on it. So you might as well enjoy the benefits now.
  19. Yes, both are known problems. I'll be looking into them.
  20. UPDATE: - Bootleg sets now use correct 128k S ROMs where applicable. (thanks to IQ_132 for the info)
  21. Thanks ever so much for clearing that up IQ. I'll update FBA-XXX Pro accordingly.
  22. UPDATE: - Updated names of decrypted M ROMs in MAME supported sets. 'xxx-m1d.bin' --> 'xxx-m1_decrypted.bin', I know it's horrible but it's in the interests of cross-compatibility. (thanks to djohng for the long-name fix ) - *EDIT* See below. - Added note about battleg, feversos, etc. to ReadMe.txt
  23. So IQ, you're saying that bootlegs do not have transparency effects when played from an actual board?
