  1. I've had it do that to me as well. It's very strange and that layout is awkward as hell.
  2. it seems very doubtful that this won't be fixed. I imagine the firmware initiates the loading of the program (which could easily be patched on load [since it loads into ram]), and then is checked by "starlet," the ARM cpu embedded in the "Hollywood" GPU
  3. You're on. Ok. The bet is on Pay up! lol
  4. Exactly the same deal here, although i don't think I've been banned. Not that I visit to RS much anyway; it was dethroned years ago. Indeed, it's quite bad. The owner really doesn't care any more. I've been bugging him to do a few simple admin things for me for more than 6 months and he hasn't. Not only that, it takes him forever to fix problems, and the vbulletin version is ancient.
  5. 4 years and you are still quite full of yourself. LOLz
  6. It's surprisingly good. Reminds me of better times (playing Rez on Dreamcast ) Btw, someone up'd it on pirate... erm... yeah.
  7. This raises the question... can we attach the torrent here?
  8. Chankast was running Naomi games ages ago. I'm not sure what the big deal is.
  9. gbatemp is much too active. Threads get buried pages back in a few hours.
  10. "How can we compete with such a high quality burger???"
  11. I ran SMF for over a year and I did like it's modification options. But out of the box, I'd say this forum is better software wise. Mods for SMF are aplenty and some are very nice. Since May 8, 2005 here. And yeah, you are completely right, it does take a lot of setup to get it feeling "like home" There are a few things that annoy me about it (as a long time V-bulletin moderator/admin), but the pricing (free), and other features make it worthwhile.
  12. Coicidentally, the very same forum I got this Topic had that very same picture posted. It's just too tempting to not give in and post that pic.
  13. Neo-Geo/Neo-Geo CD(z) - I love this system, the 2d animations are top-notch, the library is good, and the collector value is insane. Dreamcast - I'd pick this bad boy over any current gen system (I own two). The library was amazing (Soul Caliber, Powerstone, Sonic Adventure, Rez, Ikaruga, Shenmue, etc), the graphics are fantastic, the sound system was damned good, a variety of interesting peripherals (maracas!), and it is so homebrew friendly. Sega Genesis - The controller was one of the best ever imo, the games for this system are almost unbeatable (Sonic 1-3, Gunstar Heroes, Sonic & Knuckles, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter II, Golden Axe, Road Rash, Mutant League Footbal, etc), the graphics are quite good, and it just ate up so much of my youth
  14. Mr. Game&watch! Sausage throwing time!
