you unzip the dll, put the unicows.dll in the mame folder. if that doesn't work, try jamesmame. you just need the fixes http://members.westnet.com.au/the%2Dkula/mame.html

the original m1d had double the information needed, so it was sliced in half so the information was only there once. doesn't really fix anything though, just smaller filesize

you need winrar to do it, cuz sometimes winace doesn't do it right.

ash, i don't know what's wrong. is there any other type of error/info that maybe useful for us to hear? urquan2x, did you try right click on kof2k3 > properties > misc > changing the bios to different ones im not sure if that's what you're looking for, but thought i'd mention that, as that's how you switch to/from console and arcade mode in this case.

search for "MAME32KPLUSforKOF2003.rar" something should come up

Run "mame32p.exe", double click KOF2003, play. Press tab during play to set keys. That is all.

explain your situation better, like did they come together? does the rom not show up in the emulator? bad crc? i can't help you if i don't know what exactly is wrong.
