Ok, I tried using Bit Torrent 3.3 the other day, and I couldn't figure out why everybody talks about this system. I use Kazaa ++ Lite, and I find that works alot better. Sure, Bit has alot of the harder to find stuff, but are transfer rates of only 1 or 2KB/s normal?

Hey Guys. I was wondering what is considered the "best" program for spyware/adware removal. I'm currently using Adware 6 and BPS Spyware/Adware Remover. I recently tried Spy Killer, and that found even more junk then the other 2 did. (Anybody know where to get a crack for Spy Killer, btw? ). Oh, FYI, has anybody else discovered that Lavasoft Adware 6 has it's own adware built into the program?!?!?!?! Kinda ironic huh?

Naw, even the file DL right from the Kawaks homepage itself has the klez thingy dingy.

Hell Yeah! MAME kicks ass! There is no other emulator out there that can play so many classic as well as hard to find arcade games then this baby! I mean, I love Kawaks, and to a lesser extent NRX, but only MAME can play Do Don Pachi! And for this reason alone, it's the bomb! P.S. Anybody know where to get MAME32.79? And not from MAMEWorld either.

Does anybody know of any good pinball games that are emulated on MAME? Or atleast the names of the some of them? Thanks

Thanks Agozer, but I've found them using a combination of *****, ******, and ********. Unfortunately, the games that needed these bios, still won't play! Mostly because they're architecture is built using the PSX_CPU, which has some graphics encryption that isn't emulated yet. Games like Dead Or Alive, Beastorizer, RayForce, and Soukyugurentai. Maybe some day.....

You mean you got it work with Kawaks? Otherwise, all the previous links work fine for the MAME32p version.

It's weird though, because I checked all the CRC's in the zip file, and they match the dat info given earlier by legztec, so it doesn't make sense. Anybody know who to exactly "hack" kawaks?

So I guess we'll have to wait till someone makes a hack that'll make this game work in Kawaks? I've tried Kawaks 1.46H w/ loader, craps out during the load up.

I don't know about other people, but I've always found emulation to be a great resource for learning all sorts of stuff, from hacking code, to learning the architecture of PCB boards, to file information. It's really neat. Not really anything to do with the topic, just thought I'd share that.

To check out the CRC's, you can use WinZip, just open the file, and there'll be a bunch of columns, like size, date, etc. One of them will be the CRC's, then you can just check those against your asr.dat file.

I totally agree with Carn, filemirrors.com is the bomb for finding even the newest romsets, I had Metal Slug 5 within 48 hours of it being released. Sometimes it can be a little fiesty when looking for MAME roms, but then I just go to: http://www.romnation.net/index.php/roms/mame/, they have every MAME rom there is currently support for!

Yeah, where exactly is the ROM section at playagain.com? Everytime I go there, I click on every link, no game section, and even when I click on the "MAME" link, it just makes another copy of the same screen, and keeps taking you to the same screen over and over.

Actaully Kitallica, most romsets if they're a good set, will work with all emulators that have support for them. Like a "kawaks" version of Samurai Shodwn 2 will also work in NeoRageX, and vice versa. I was little confused when I read some posts of the people looking for "emulator specific" romsets, when really, aside from roms that are MAME only like Armed Police Batrider and all the great shooters, any romset will work with any emulator, to an extent. I've found the Kawaks and NeoRage can share pretty much all the NeoGeo roms without changing them in any way. And most of the Kawaks roms have support in MAME.

I tried playing Chrono Trigger, but could never figure out where to go in like the first 5min. of the game! I'd say probably FF6 (3 here in America), or Seiken Densetsu 2.

Uh yeah, I think anybody who owns a spyware/adware removing program knows that. It's just part of the game. I've yet to find a version of either,.46 or.47, hacked or normal that doesn't have it. Good luck though.

I haven't messed around with MAME settings too much, but I'm somewhat sure that you can't do that with MAME. Perhaps you can in the options menu(tab)?

No no Ago, that's not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to find the plugin that has the specific GUI that I used to have. I already know how to convert everything and whatnot. I was just wondering if anybody else has this plugin, so they could tell me.
