Well, if it's any usable info to anyone, I did get KOF2003 working in Nebula and with perfect controls.

I got my High Definition Skins pack to work just by using it's installer. It detects what games you have on your system (Half-Life, Blue Shift or Opposing Force) and install the pack for each game,

the patch also fixes a few Iori's moves (Ya Otome to be exact and some other) in certain stges and when fighting gainst Red Arremer.

No probelm mate. I've been playing it with MAME32 Plus, and it works fine. One of Psikyo's finest, IMO.

Well, 512MB should do just fine. As for the video card, older ATi Radeons 9600 Pro/XT, 9700 will do fine.
