  1. Heh, I have to agree with you.
  2. Well the charcters in Namco X Capcom aren't exactly obscure, rather very well-known video game characters (all over the world no less).
  3. no kidding? But yeah, I'm definitely waiting for this.
  4. We'll all be your friends, but apparently we don't like manga car games.
  5. Always remember to enable the GF4 fix, otherwise it always crashes.
  6. I remember a case, but I can't remember how it was fixed... Ah, now I remember: Your card doesn't support shaders (rather the advanced shaders at leasr). I strongly recommend you try Pete's OGL1 plugin, instead of OGL2. Or, alternatively, disable anything in the GPU plugin options that refer to shaders and enable the GF4 WinNT/XP fix (try this first).
  7. I agree, that's why i'm looking forward to it... Although, with my luck, it never reaches european shores.
  8. Hahah, O-Fear strikes back. Troll cowers in fear, but quickly ragains his composure.
  9. I wouldn't hold my breath for online...
  10. I don't play in the arcades because it costs money.
  11. Those are some big ass pixals!111 Ivy looks great in white, but I do prefer her "old" getup.
  12. Ok, this as far as it goes.
  13. Well, I wouldn't have played this in the arcade anyway.
  14. Yes, starts to look like it.
  15. It IS a lot of work. It looks good on paper, but what about practice?
  16. I have played Xenogears before, and it's great. Here's an example of my cue file: Everything else is excess unless there are audio tracks defined; and in this case there aren't. Just edit this so that it matches the filename you have. It's best to leave just the filename and not the path so you can then store the CUE safely in the same folder as the image since it doesn't point to a particular directory/folder. Also, when mounting with DT, mount CUE files, if any are present. Not that it matters if you mount the image directly, but it has saved me from a few problems with incorrectly copied images.
  17. Just play the original UT on Godlike difficulty and it's far from sucky.
  18. Do you still have the CD image? You might try mount that with DT and see if that works ok. I don't remember too well, but I think theFMVs have some spoken dialogue. I should start playing this game again. It rocks. At least the first disc does from what I've been hearing. Are you using ePSXe's own SPU or some 3rd party plugin? I recommend that you try out Eternal SPU, that's what I use exclusively anyway.
  19. You won't get proper sound and music unless you have the first three options enabled. Don't touch the fourth option, since SPU IRQ is game-specific.
  20. I think that's one of the characters from Klonoa; don't remember who though.
  21. As for the mounting CD images thing, you can create CD images with any burning program AFAIK. As to how to actually use those images, you need a nifty program called Daemon Tools. After installation, it creates a second CD/DVD drive for you, which you can use as an image drive. You simply mount a CD/DVD image to it and it acts like a real CD/DVD drive with the mounted media inside. Just out of curiosity, are the first two options under Config --> Sound also enabled?
  22. Taki, Felicia and Morrigan are still hawt.
  23. Eh, I'm sure they will... in time.
  24. Since I hardly play online multiplayer games, I've stuck with single player ones. But if I had to choose, UT shells out more enjoyment online. I've always liked the AI of the bots.
