In my opinion, the arcade is boring. If I need to play something, I emulate or play PC games. There is only one Flash game that I play every now and then, and that's Nanaca Crash.

I'm pretty sure OEM has cables dude. No manuals and such. OEMs usually just come in a plastic bag. Or a box with lots of cool poppy stuff if your ordering it online. I sure got all kinds of cables with mine, and it was OEM.

I haven't burned any of my PSX games, but I'll comment a bit anyway. For those games that I have burned, I just burn them as any normal data CD or a mixed CD. The brand of the media and the speed used when burning seem to have a huge impact on the success of the burned CD. Also, different Playstation models react differently to the same burned copy.

The only emulator that comes close and also emulates most games perfectly is SSF. Since everything is rendered in software, the games slow down if there are a lot of sprites or 3D objects on-screen (especially with 3D objects; 2D games run much smoother).
