Odamex 0.5.4 released. I am pleased to announce the release of Odamex 0.5.4. This release introduces important changes as we work towards 0.6 including experimental netdemo support and unlagged. Please refer to the release announcement at http://odamex.net for the latest news including the announcement of the new regularly scheduled Odamex Nitro event. This release does not contain much targeted directly at Xbox. There are a few minor launcher fixes such as the button tooltip failing to display after certain launcher actions. I encourage everyone to update though as there are a lot of Odamex fixes and additions and this update is required to continue playing online. If you installed Odamex 0.5.3 you may have found that the graphics quality decreased compared to previous releases. This was due to a configuration option being defaulted to a different value from previous releases. The option has been set back to the old default and a menu option has been added so that users can change the value. Even though the default has been changed back you will still need to adjust the option or reset your configuration file. The option in question can be found in the game client under Options->Set Video Mode->Detail Mode. For the best quality graphics set this option to "Normal". excellent work iq 132 as always,martial masters is a fantastic fighter.

Would that be the folder called "Media" ? inside the FBL directory? yes that should be it,the folder which has xmv files,not the videos folder obviously.

i had the same problem for a start when i first installed fbl 1.4,so i copied over the folder which contains all the video files again and it worked.

bump,incase anyone hasnt tried any of these.

released back in january was a homebrew platformer called project md,the game is pretty much complete apart from the developer adding any music to the game. so he released the rom and the sourcecode but it looks like the developer called sik and someone else are working on adding music to the game. vid. link to rom and sourcecode. http://www.mediafire.com/?wmov4g5onw23ae3 thanks go to the original dev sik for this release.

this isnt xbox related but concerning final burn alpha,the guy who ported final burn alpha to psp added in the pgm games,including ketsui. someone over at the shmups forum did mention to me that the pgm cave shmups were playable on psp,i would have thought it would not have been possible to emulate pgm hardware with a 330mhz processer and 32mb of ram. just curious to see what iq 132 and +T+ thinks.

PCSXBox - PSX Emulator for XBox unofficial v2 netokl has released an official update for pcsxbox,which fixes some games. release info. so just overwrite pcsxbox v21 with the files from this release. thanks go to nekotl for this and thanks to bigby for hooking me up with this new release. i have uploaded this release to the ususal sites i upload to if you want it or just pm(private message) me if you want a link.

sounds like the power connector has blown,its actually very easy to fix as you can just swap it out with another xbox power insert.just a couple of screwdrivers are needed. the power inserts can be problamtic especially if you disconect the power chord from the power insert on the xbox quite a lot.

no probs,for a zelda romhack this one is actually pretty good.

if you look in the video in my first post you will notice on the guys xbox hdd he has a game called made-man,which is another unreleased game.

i think i know why the cps2,cave games and salamander 2 are not showing,i think these games would require vmm(virtual memory) added to them. IIRC in the todo list for xraine it did say that vmm was to be added. so i think that could be the reason for these games not being on the rom select screen.as all the other games i have tried from the full romset i uploaded works.
