a phillips 32" hdlcd=£400 360 premium=£250 hdmi cable=£12 flashing drive=nothing total=£662. id take the 360 option anyday. edit/i think it was lack of sells and piracy and quite simply the ps2,that killed the dc fatal.

get a 360 with the new falcon board you will know if the 360 you buy has a falcon as underneath the box there should be a small sticker saying 175w(something like that)on the output label.a lot of people have said in the xbox scene forum that the heat issue is a lot less than before and that they feel more confident with this new board.

hi just wondering if you can run a genesis emu on linux on the ps3. i know you can run nes and snes emus through yellodog linux,so anyone know?

well im just glad that ive got the new falcon board on my 360,apparently people who have this new board have said even after 4 hours continuos play there was minimal heat from the 360,so this can only be a good thing.So maybe m$ has finally got its act together.

hey bs i seen over at x-scene,them talking about a game called osman/cannon dancer.apparently it was added in the .84 version of mame.any idea if this rom would playable on the xbox?

Arcades is an awesome update, I miss hyper street fighter 2 anniversary edition, but I have the files and the VMM settings in my Mame xbox install (and it runs) so I can add it to Arcades (thanks!) One thing I'd like to do is sort my Arcades, Mame and FBAxxx hd installs out so I have one rom set - maybe something for next Xmas for me to do! were the drivers for hyper streetfighter2 added to mamedox? im geussing its the asia rom version that runs on this emu. edit/had a quick look and i see that the rom dosent work on mamedox.

im a bit lost with all this dsemu stuff,so just a couple of questions to help me. just how good is ds emulation on the pc?geussing its much the same as n64,not entirely perfect and do you need a pc with a lot of horsepwer under the hood to run it? and are most ds games playable or is it just a selct few?

i only got it yesterday but so far its pretty good,if you like a non brainer fps with plenty of blood and i mean lots of BLOOD,then go for it.one thing i did notice is that now and then when it gets a bit busy,then there seems to be a kind of shudder in the screen.now i dont know if its because i havent updated my dash but it can be annoying. games im getting in febuary-devil may cry4 and burnout paradise.

strikers 1945plus(neogeo) is veryplayable bs i think im gonna try some more roms later bs are there any you would like me to try?

is there a favourites option in pro 1.28,as i use an earlier version. if there is then just use that and it will save you a bit of time.

so if i do update then what will i be getting?any extra features.

romscan wasnt in platinum,it was added to arcades after people requested it.so you can now add some of your own roms as well ive been testing a few,like mortal kombat1,2,3.they play fine if you have the sound disabled. in the middle of trying strikers1945 2,3and plus. thanks for the emu britneyspairs.
