I think with DBZ is that its concept is pretty well liked and is easily used for a video game. Even though its long dead, theres still a lot of things devs can do with DBZ. (I have honestly never played any of the newer DBZ games) -

Don't think so. Imo HL3 will take a long time to make since it has very very high expectations for it since HL2 was really good. I think they'll be done by HL3 + expansion pack
