Some Midi are for like Video Game music (Example). You can't really find the old VG music so you just have to convert it. Its better just to download the rom and rip it out yourself. The quality may be better

Ehrgeiz? Fighting Layer? Mame is getting 3d games but they are currently without sound. The only ones with sound are Killer instinct, Mace the Dark age, because they require a CHD with is a couple of hundred megs
