the only way to play online with this is to use the same game and same version. I think you need the kalerra(SP?) plugin.

I never really thought about going online with XBlive. I like XBconnect instead.

Yes its been tested I've done this to all my multiplayer CPS games. I love it when me and my friends beat these games. For huge fun try King of Dragons on Very Hard only using 5 credits.

There are ram carts that let you play backup games.

This is exactly why I haven't modded my PS2 yet or fixed the lens and whatnot. I'm a total klutz when it comes to fixing/modding actual hardware. Me too thats why I use bootdisks.
