  1. I did clean (wiped out) many of my Neo-Geo roms few time ago, so I can't test all the rom-set in a row, from L to Z. But I can for sure test the current games I have (there are many titles). Cospefogo.
  2. Kenshirou... Is the COIN BUTTON settings still buggy, correct? Because on CPS1 I can't change the damn insert coin from BACK to any other BUTTON. Jesus... My Saturn pad does not have a "select/back" button. (Matter of fact all Saturn pads does not have, ha ha ha ha!) Other thing I noticed: I entered in the video mode settings and my Xbox got frozen. I use 480i. I just entered in the screen for curiosity and it got frozen. But all the rest --- wonderful JOB! Regards from Brazil, Cospefogo!
  3. [OFFTOPIC] I love Hokuto No Ken. I have the entire 113 anime episodes down here, all English subbed! All inside my Black Box/DarkPest/Xbox. [/OFFTOPIC]
  4. Oh... I had no time yet to sit myself in front of the TV and test the new build. Too much work, little fun. C.
  5. DAMN. I am the ugliest!! Look my face: Eager to try, to test, to taste, to experiment! Cospefogo.
  6. "What a curious man you are, my friend! Only the cold, heavily lidded eye of the moon sees you making your way through the darkened streets. The records indicate that you are a man of light and reason, a learned man steeped in the discipline of scholarship. Yet here you are, driven by your curiosity, pulled by your insatiable desire to figure out just what the Xbox really is to you. You begin with a statement and set the stage for a speech. But underneath you have a million questions. So do we."
  7. Nah... No way. I love it.
  8. 9. You are quite observant. Thank You! It's all the military paperwork I do, I need to be observant Sorry Guys... Matter of fact I use to play all my oldskool stuff on XBOX, and I am always posting there (at the XBOX section), so --- my mistake. Thanks for moving the topic to a appropriate place. If someone wants the ISBN of the book, I can get for you. Best, Cospefogo.
  10. Guys, I was browsing my old posts on our Brazilian NES/Famicom online community and I found pictures I did made when I received the most awesome book that I ever bought in my whole life. You - NES/Famicom lovers - should really try to find one copy for you. It the ultimate resource for game players and collectors. I love it!!! Best, Cospefogo.
  11. I did buy a second hand Playstation-One (in mint state!!!) just to play Raiden DX, Symphony of the Night, Strider 2, Final Fantasy 9 and so on. It's easier than setting up PCSXbox in my Dark Pest. Yeah... We have a community about NES, videogame collecting and old skool gaming and we use to call the Xbox as the DARK PEST. Why? Simple, a lot of people I know met the wonderful world of the Xbox Homebrew and started to sell all his game collection belongings just to keep only the Xbox in their houses. The Orthodox Game Colectors started to say we all were PESTILENT, infected with the DARK PEST, THE DARK BOX, THE EVIL CONSOLE. Hahahahaha! I am proud to be PESTILENT. Cospefogo.
  12. I did engage in two duels (for the higher score) - Gun.Smoke on NES - Ice Climber on NES
  13. Agreed, in my opinion it is just a big waste of energy that could being used in something else. Who watches videos while browsing the games to play? I don't. Anyway, it's nice to see the scene kept alive! Cospefogo.
  14. Jackal on MednafenX-NES and just right after it, its japanese counterpart, Final Commando - Akai Yousai (Famicom Disk System). It's nice to see the differences between them! Cospefogo.
  15. No thanks for Cospefogo for the insane pestering PMs? Sniff sniff snif... C.
  16. BT-Sky is really the heavenly place. (c: They work absolutely perfect and I do recommend! It worths a try. Cospefogo.
  17. I don't know what MUGEN is all about. Let me Google about it! C. EDIT: Aaah... Fighting Engine. Cool!
  18. Thank You, Fu-Manchu! I will give a try later this evening!!!!! Cheers, Cospefogo.
  19. Gentlemen, Before anything else I am not requesting roms or anything, I am just searching for information. I am really curious about the Metal Gear games on MSX and I wonder - Are they working fine on Xport's BlueMSXbox? I found two IPS patches on romhacking.net to translate both games to English and I am really inclined to give a try... but I remember to load a Metal Gear rom two years ago (when I did buy my Xbox) and I got nothing beyond a black screen. Should I try again? Is there any tips out there? Special ROMS? (Based in ROM or DISK) Tricks? Thanks guys! Cospefogo.
  20. What a shame for me... I was ever a dumb-ass when playing Arcades on a real Arcade session. Back in the 80's I was a kid, and never had the money for it... And later, in the 90's, after the SNES and later the PSX event, I used to play only in the house. My passion for Arcades now is a super "nostalgia" from the kid times, when I spent many hours just watching people - much older than me - playing things like Shinobi, Golden Axe, Toki and many other classics. When the Neo Geo console came out in Japan, here in Brazil we saw it in the game magazines, and it was the mos expensive toy in the world (for us). Until today I never saw (or touched) a Neo Geo first model... among my friends, collector guys, it is not rare, but I never had the chance to see one. Cheers!!! Cospefogo.
  21. Okay, okay, I did know about the BIOS options... What I mean was - I never imagined that one of the BIOSes have on it a maximum coin value. Matter of fact, for all NeoGeo emulators, I just play them, never give any importance to the BIOS settings. Hmmm... Time to research about the differences. Thanks for the tip! Cosme.
  22. Whoa! Is there a way to set the BIOS like that, for all games? I always thought how nice could be to have some kind of configuration for the maximum number of coins... Can you explain that, Kenshiro? Cosme.
  23. Great great! It's nice to see it, guys. Keep posting! C.
