Maybe you should do the following: - Make a very clean install of FBA-XXX 1.28 - Go to BT-Sky and get the full FBA set started/seeded by the user VIDIKRON - Use the roms from there. - Turn off the CRC Check (I hope that my three phrases above are not against the Forum rules...) Last night, Sega Genesis time, with my Hori Real Arcade Sticks: - ESwat (Oh good, for years I never tried this game... after tasting the Arcade on Mameox I decided to give a chance. What a nice "arcade feeling" game!) - Trampoline Terror (To remember the old times when I did have just a NES with pirate carts and my "rich" friend had a super-duper japanese Sega Mega Drive with a 4-games cart [Golden Axe/Sonic/Trampoline Terror/Qix]... good times) - Flicky (I love the arcade one) - Fire Shark (Great game... it is a pity it does not run nicely on Mameox) Regards, Cospefogo.

The command line is not active on this version or any other previous version. If I am not wrong, BP did not develop not full support for this feature yet. I will be away from CoinOPS for a while until we have a solid shortcut/command line lauching fully functional. Good luck for your guys, Keep up the nice work! Regards, Cospefogo.

Man, Look what I did: - Erased through the file manager both occurences of 4D414D44 (The old CoinOPS) from TDATA and UDATA - Overwritten all files INSIDE CoinOPS folder with the newest ones right from CoinOPS+ RAR - Started the EMU (I forgot to copy the new saves) and got a BLACK screen - Then I remembered about the saves and copied the TDATA and UDATA stuff (4D414D49) to inside E partition overwriting the 4D414D49 stuff recently created by the black screen boot. - Then I entered in the emulator and it started searchng for new games, processing CatVer.INI and all that stuff - And finally opened in my screen, with the interface scrambled Am I missing something? Guys, I did make a super clean install of CoinOPS+. But there are problems with its interface here at my Xbox. The overlay info (who shows the genre and other info of the game) is floating in the top left area of the romlist, UNDER the name of the games. I can't read anything there because letters get scrambled/mixed. I can scroll the games normally, but there is a mess of letters on the top left corner. Moreover, I can't reach the view mode "BY GENRE", it simply does not exist here. I have "BY NAME, BY YEAR, BY TIMES PLAYED, ETC, ETC" and a view named "INVALID"... I assume that the missing BY GENRE turned into this INVALID. The tearing problems were eradicated indeed. Thank you BP for this! Things that could be wonderful to have in the final version: - THE COMMAND LINE LAUCHING - NUMBERS displaying the DIMENSION (width x height) of the SCREEN on the SCREEN SETUP METHOD These are the only things I really want for CoinOPS As I said before I want to setup several different CoinOPS for several different resolutions games --- RUNNING on POINT (not linear, anisotropic etc) to get rid of the hell of the blur in the image. Starting these many CoinOPS by a specific game shortcut will work fantastically fine on XBMC. Regards, Cospefogo.

It has the perfect port of the Castlevania X68000 and also a remix/remake version. I did buy a modded PS-One last year just to be able to play in the full perfection this awesome game. Hey Kenshiro! Thanks for your reply. The coin button bug was confirmed to me (through PM messages) by + T + himself, so it is there. And I have something more - can you please test the NEO-GEO macros? There is no way to make them work here in my FBA-XXX 1.28. I just assign the normal/default macros, but my NeoGeo games does no recognize them. What am I doing wrong? Example: A+B assigned to WHITE C+D assigned to BLACK I was playing Samurai Spirits 2 and they don't work! * * * And a suggestion: Can we have (for God's sake) a LOCK MODE OPTION for the controller settings regarding if it is ARCADE or ANALOG? For example: You go to settings and there is a option like - LOCK CONTROLLER SETTINGS: in ARCADE MODE - LOCK CONTROLLER SETTINGS: in ANALOG MODE - LOCK CONTROLLER SETTING: unlocked (BOTH MODES) Why I ask this? Everytime I have friends plying here they find a way to mess with my config options (changing from arcade to analog). I use only Hori Arcade sticks in the house or classic not-analog pads (PSX, Saturn). Well, that's it. I am happy to hear that SHINOBI is working fine now. Regards, Cospefogo.

Gentlemen, There is something strange on FBA-XXX Pro 1.28 here. Can someone please make a test to clear my doubts? There is absolutely no way of making the controller shortcuts to work in my FBA 1.28. I tried to assign A+B to black button, and C+D to white button, or A+B+C to white, and so on... but they do not work. If I turn off the controller shortcuts in the settings panel, the options for shortcuts disappear from the in-game controller settings, and if turn it on, they are back, but there is no way to make it work. So, I assume it is buggy on the current 1.28 version just like the change Coin Button option... am I right? Can someone please try to assign A+B to BLACK button as a test? Thank you! Cospefogo. PS. Kenshiro - Great news on FBA... I am really looking forward for the promising 1.29 version!

A bit off topic - Yesterday I migrated most of my vertical shooting-up games to a new folder and did set up new Mameox (HexEdited, of course) for them. All games are rotated now - but you need t go to the IN-GAME menu and "rotate" the general UP/DOWN/RIGHT/LEFT commands too, Mameox changes just the image. Damn, now when I play Raiden I feel urged to physically rotate my television! Eeerks! Cospefogo.

Gavin, Are you sure it rotates the commands on Mameox? Oh... I need to re-check that. I saw that option there but I don't know what made me think that it does not change the controller method as well when turned on. Ah, I think I remember why I did not liked that option in Mameox128... It rotates ALL games, and not only the vertical ones. Yes yes... I recall now. Anyway, now that I did learn how to make the Mameox save in different folders inside TDATA through HexEditing, I think I will build a second Mameox on my Xbox just for few games that are nice on the rotated view, without affect my main Mameox. Yes, Gavin19! I know they work fine on MAMEoX, but the vertical games rotation screen feature is miles away better in FBA, since it also rotate the commands. And, to never forget - the image is much more crisp and sharp in FBA-XXX. Regards, Cospefogo.

I wish I could help with this FD1094 thing. But damn... I am a illiterate regarding this kind of subjects. My area is the graphic design. Updating: All the games that have decrypted version MUST HAVE their parent present in the romset. You can't - for example - delete mslug4.zip and keep only mslug4d.zip. It will not work. You need to keep both files and there is no escape of having both names in the romlist display screen - the regular game and the decrypted one. That's it! Cheers, Cospefogo.
