Thanks a lot for the screenshots ! Now its very easy to add latest roms since coinops+ till Ignite verison. (otherwise it took a lot of time to find out the newest games)

Ok, see youre working on it, great. Maybe we can use this online sheet like we did in the past? So all ppl have better idea which games are added and working. When the game is not 0.84 compatible it can be removed from the list. Link online excel-sheet: Ignite

as per me we should use again an excel sheet as lot of ppl use the wrong roms to test and there are still many issues with new added games: since coinops+ i have still problems to run these new games in Igniteb3: - Revenge of Shinobi (mt_revsh) error - namco classics vol 2 (ncv2.zip) eror - solar warrior (screen is very small and not playable) ...

Last great games i played on Coinops+ and finished (with save state): - Bomber man world - Chase HQ - Demons World - Dynablaster - Sunset riders - Mslug x till 6 - Neo Bomberman - Pang - Pang 3 - SCI - Wonder Boy - Crime City

to be honest i also see not much changes in Coinops else then skinning and little bit programming and adding some games. Also the releasing is always very bad, confusing releasenames, announcing months before a new version but when the release is ready it seems a beta etc... missing roms or functions. all basics were made in `Mamedox` since 2005 by Ebsy and HK$ till now i see no big improvement. i appreciate youre work and efforts but also appreciate some critics!

Update game-list, Will there be an update in excel list? As per now its not clear which games are added since Coinops+ due that Gold has never been released properly. Can same sheet been used as in Gold topic or new sheet will be used in this topic? It seems lot of work has been done, great job!

mt_revsh.zip (this rom should work in gold) but with me it doesnt work, can you pls check if it works with you? game is revenge of shinobi (i got always missing file error) all other games runs perfect ! thnks

I rebuild the romset from coinops+ with gold version and added myself +10roms from different sources (operation wolf, butasan, vssupermariobros, ...) working all great. Only problem i have is with `The Return Of Shinobi` gives filemissing error epr12664.20 ; Can somebody help me out.

ive some problems with rebuilding the game `the revenge of shinobi` file missing during start up. can anybody tell me which version it is? filesize?

I really like to see the efforts that ppl make on improving and bringing innovation to the xbox emulation platform. But it should go with pleasure to share there news and bringing out new releases. Coinops is an excellent emulator and Gold vers. is probably a good improvement. As there should be better communication (release info). Bringing too many updates shortly is never good; beter wait some time and coming out with a final release with most changes included is always better.

as per me it should be most easy for all coinops+ users to make bundle like: 'coinops gold standalone version + alldats + new roms' If i got it I can put it on my ftp server and provide to all the forum users...

i cant wait till its soon. hope we can just keep on using the same hiscores from coinops+ in this new release. probably our yellow favorites we need to select again in the romlist?

One suggestion: Maybe also use an extra color for `finished games`. I finished around 10games but not clear always to remember which ones.

I also think its better to make an `upgrade patch`: coinops2nd to coinopsgold separately with a full release of coinops gold. Is there a way by upgrading that you dont loose all youre previous settings from coinops2nd? Like favourites etc... I remember last times i lost always my colorized games and actually it took long time to select my favourite games again. Good luck!

As per me trackball not needed. I use the one without trackball and works great; especially with Coinops ! For normal xbox games i connect my regular controllers.

Just finished `Freedom Fighters` one of the best games i played on xbox. Now playing `Destroy all humans 2` had good reviews but not my style...

dear BritneysPairs i suggest to keep save states as for big part of games it works fine. And i`m using it regulary; by removing we cant use them anymore... like dynablaster; neobomberman, ... where you really need save state to finish these games. thnks

there is no improvement on savestates for coinops (also not 2nd quarter) so if game crashes its normal for some games. for some games it works perfect. so there is no solution yet so we cant help you carla.

- load state / save state: more stable (as it now crashes with most games) or doesnt work anymore after reboot; - savage reign and real bout fury etc... starting at level4 (no option to switch in easy mode level1,...)
