Had one smoke yesterday - doing well - Im sure this is what I want for my self. Got some old nicotine gum that went out of date in december 2007 - chewing it - it does not do anything - only got a nasal spray to last me till monday. Very little left in it.

In the street he walks past me asking for a brawl so I thought you had your chance at my door no more chances so i said "step over this line man you come and get it if you want it" i ment it - he then walked off and has said nothing since. What do these women want me to do throw them over my sholder and take them back to mine and enslave them?

I get women flirt with me then at the last second they chicken out. You know when it's time to get passed they flirting stage - and suggest a date or whatever or meet up as I like to call them - I can count ten women this year that have flirted with me but then just backed out at the last moment. I dont go chasing them if they cant meet up for an hour or two just to see if they like me (which they will i think it scares them off i mean they must like me ifthey are flirting with me) i even offered a woman with two kids a date be all she was interested in was drinking beer and going out - I normaly have a one kid rule, but now and then will give my attention to a woman with two kids if she is hot enough Its all bollocks -

All I can think of fore the PC this year is the above we mentioned everything else seems to be specific to genre prefrence. Splinter cell, bioshock 2 (not turned on at all) and Resi 5 port on PC but after resi 4 - I just get pissed off nothing will ever better that game and the day it does I will be a very happy man. What else? Postal 3 is coming not sure if it's this year though. And what the hell happened to half life 2 episode 3? Nothing!!! next year we have ALIENS colonial marines which just makes me wet my pants with glee. Pretty much the same way S.T.A.L.K.E.R did when I was following that. What the hell is coming to PC this year that I have missed?????

Third day - I have had three smokes in three days - not bad. Horribile cravings this morning after my morning pot of tea - nasal spray calmed it down. first week really sucks. If I go anywere near a smoke today Ill be weak so best keep it in mind. grrr

When you consider how many chemicals are in cigs - replacing it with just one is wayyyyyyy better.

I might not even have one tomorrow who knows but psychologicly knowing i can have two reawrd smokes makes it comforting for me - I was at my mothers house today and got this crazy mad as hell urge to smoke so I just started eating food like it was going out of fashion had two nasal sprays - did not work - stressed - ate a pear fucking sucked, threw it at the fence in the back garden (could not find the cat) 20 minutes later i felt leveled - found nicotine gum in cupboard a year and a half out of date chewed that - seemed to work.

Pretty much works - cant play street fighter though or maybe I can but think it will be retarded. Just going to fire up alien 3! lets see if it stil sucks as much as i remember!

The only bit of emulation I got at the moment on my entire PC is the metal slug collection. I keep meaning to buy a 360 pad but money is tighter than a nuns crotch at the moment. I wanted to play turtles in time and maybe even ZELDA again I think i could get away with it what do you think?

Had two smokes today - rammed the nasal thing up my nose about 10 times and had two nictone gums... Was EXTREMLY pissed off late in the afternoon to the point I just wanted to tear shit up. Had a nap... Had a gum... Better. Im just thinking first week only here. then after that I aim for the month. But like I said Im not going full cold turkley even with the NRT im still gonna have a one or two "reward" smokes through the day. 12 hours in a day - 1 smoke every 3 hours? I wont smoke on a morning but i think one in the afternoon (if it gets as bad as i did today) is something wont refuses im not feeling like shit while im doing this!!!

I started today I just cut down my smokes over the past two days and got me the KICK ASS NASAL SPRAY! I shoved the fucker up my nose and and snorted BIG MISTAKE my eyes exploded , my throat caught on fire I sneezed for about a year and shot about 2 buckets of snot out of my nose and mouth. Apparently you only spray it to the back of your nose with out inhaling - oops. Works pretty good - once i get the method down that is - i think i might have to have a few snekay cigs here and there the first month - i mean even though im using the strongest NRT i still got bad cravings. Wish me luck i think ill need it - better to try than to not try at all!
