- Added basic support for writing 140K-disks (both nibble and sector format);

- Fixed some minor bugs with localization;

- Removed GR mode from A9's apple emulation (like it was in real life);

- In "Windows Vista", the bug that V-Sync(Processing because of do not flash screen) was not effective occasionally was corrected.

 

And, "Vista Use Auto-V-Sync" was added to "Setting->Screen" menu. Use it with the check put on this usually. If you use "Basic Design desktop (old desktop)", remove this check. Then, V-Sync is effective.

Neogeo CD emulator

* Sound sample rate can only be 44 Khz in neoraine because of the audio cd tracks, so the sound options don't allow to change this.

* When stopping sound emulation in the middle of a game the sound now stops immediately.
