Well after a ton of spamming on all forums I must say, this rom has finally been released. Currently it has been said to cause a enormous amount of problems in the emulation scene. From supposite rumors of people who make emulators for the NeoGeo would stop if this game was released too early, which is now. SNK/Playmore has been making lawsuits even toward the people releasing the roms now. All I can say is, this may be the last rom dump in a while. Enjoy it as much you can.

The authors of the Gamecube emulator, Dolphin, have released a public beta.

The experimental emulator Dolphin runs some commerical games, but is still very much experimental.
