I've found a full faq about this game at gamefaqs.com, and it wrote, there isn't bust & slash mode again like in SSV. Is it true?

It was one of the best additions of the game, I dunno why they have removed them after SS4...

SSV didn't have Bust & Slash, SSIV did. Those modes got combined in SSV.

Has anyone even played this game or did everyone just read that it was good?

Segnificant upgrades over SSV, addition of 3 classic boss characters, including one that was completely remade and Gaoh, new music, classic III and IV levels. EVERYONE CAN GET CUT IN HALF!

 

Downs: No story mode at all. Sub-bosses Yumeji and Sankuro and hidden character Poppy not in the game. Some characters lost some kickass moves.
