L.S.D Posted June 14, 2004 Author Posted June 14, 2004 Kailerra.I heard about it, but I'm not sure I know how to operate it.I have Nebula, Kawaks, NeoRageX.Most of my CPS2 games work well with Nebula, and most of my KOF games work with NeorageX, except for those that come out not long ago.How to use Kailerra? Thanks
Gryph Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 Well Kawaks and Nebula usually come with Kaillera. In Kawaks when you press Netplay, it will open it up and in Nebula there is a separate EXE for it. Once you open Kaillera, you need to choose a nickname and your connection type. Then join any of the servers that are using the same emulator (and version) as you and have free slots to play in otherwise you'll have to wait.
Diso Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 !!! PREPARE TO GET YOUR ASS KICKED LSD *cracks knuckles* J/k You need Kaillera and emulators usually come with it. A good one to test kaillera is Gens because it is simple and easy to use. I think the main server is off ATM so you kinda hafta wait since our server is screwy (DAMN YOU DMZ )
Xeon Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 FBA comes with Kaillera too. only MAME doesnt as far as i know.
L.S.D Posted June 15, 2004 Author Posted June 15, 2004 Ok, I am now trying to use the Kaillera coming eith Nebula.Do I need an Ip to login or something? Disoblige, bring it on! Muahahahaha......

Muahahahaha......Unless you know the IP of the server you want to join, the IP is not necessary. Just wait till the Server List finishes loading and you'll see all of them.
Permethium Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 I'm guessing i'll need at least something better than a 56k connection?
Gryph Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 I'm guessing i'll need at least something better than a 56k connection? You guess correctly. It was too laggy when I tried to play on a 56K.
Permethium Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 well, i am going to install a 128k isdn card soon. what do you think? will i be able to play then? (I'm itching to kick arse in kof98 )
Ghosty Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 Ermmm......there are a few.Which one is it? Well, Any. After That You Should Get To A Chat-Room-Sorta-Thing Then Go Join A Game. If My Memoey Sevres Me Correctly. And MAME Does Have Killeria, I Think The Creators Of Kaillera Made It. Just Go Here: Kaillera.com And Go To The Download Section.
Diso Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 well, i am going to install a 128k isdn card soon. what do you think? will i be able to play then? (I'm itching to kick arse in kof98 )Ur ping will be at the 80s-200s so its bearable to play games 56kers are fine also but they cannot play fighting games so doubling that will make it ok to play fighting games I think
L.S.D Posted June 16, 2004 Author Posted June 16, 2004 I'm using broadband and there are still a noticeable lag. Why?
