Anon.Thats like big time against the fourm rules and could start making us look weird at each other, cuz it's not kool when you're like under 21 talking to somebody's who's over 21 about porn so lets drop it before we all throw up or get banned.
Gryph Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 Alright, time to bring this topic back on track before its gets closed. My best friend has a major crush on Natalie Portman. It's kind of scary, he could almost become a stalker.
random guy Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 not really jenna jameson ron jeramy and john holmes are pretty much house hold names. you can see ron jeremy on late night infommecials.john holmes has been famous since the late 70's when he killed his old lady. and jenna jameson's voice can be heard on vice city.Exactly! Those are names everyone should know. And Morgan Fairchild is quite famous too because of her infamous flick Deepthroat. That was a culture revolution back in the day. I mean, Bob Woodward and Carl Berstein named their informant Deepthroat because of it. I don't think Woodward and Bernstein chose the name "deepthroat" for their informant, I think it was their informant's choice of name.

Don't know if that's true, show me where you got that information. But which ever version is true, the fact is that the move Deepthroat was such a cultural phenomenon that the informant was named after the movie.
random guy Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 Well, pretty much all that I know about the Watergate scandal I learned from 'All the President's men', and I think I remember in that movie that the informant told them to call him deepthroat. But it was just a movie (although I'm pretty sure it was based on the facts pretty tightly), and I haven't seen it in years so I could be wrong.Anyway, you're right that we're in agreement on the main point - deepthroat was a cultural revolution in porn (pr0n?) or something like that.

That was a great movie, it was based on the book 'All the Presidents Men' so I'm sure its correct. I just don't remember him saying "Call me Deepthroat." But if you say so, I'll take your word for it. I would be rather taken back if some guy asked me to call him Deepthroat. Kind of creepy don't you think...

I'd probably just back away slowly. Well i've been meaning to watch ATPM again (I have it on DVD) so I'll watch it soon and then I'll tell you which of us were right!

At the moment it looks like we're (Australia and the rest of the world) going to get it before you guys! You should all sign the petition : its on democrats.com or democracy.com or something like that, just do a google search on it. The petition is pledging to boycott disney products until they release the movie; hopefully it'll be before the election!
Gryph Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 (edited) To keep this thread on topic, I have a crush on Michael Moore. What a sexy beast. But thanks for the heads up on that petition. I'll go to Google and sign it now. I guess I'll have to find a pirated copy of this movie. I am willing to pay the ticket price for this movie because I believe in supporting good works.
