You'll hafta excuse me, I had just done a night shift at my job and was remembering about the horrible time I had playing Pit Fighter. Ugh. Hm, now I'm reminded of another story. My friend (he was drunk) and I had went into a Babbages (back when they was Babbages and it was a store, not like an outlet in the mall) where I had another friend who worked there and we was talking, I was trying to keep an eye on my drunk friend because when he gets drunk he tends to do strange things. Well, my drunk friend goes over to some guy looking in the bargin bins for games and says "You're ugly!" The guy looks up at my friend. "What?!" My drunk friend repeats himself. "Yo! You're ugly!" And makes a look of disgust on his face. The guy then lowers his head and walks out of the store, gets in his car, then drives away. Oh my god, I had never seen anything funnier in mt life. At that time, I thought it seemed like an ok game, that I would like to try.I hadn't heard or read again about it until 4 years ago, when I went at a friend's place. He had a PS1 on his main TV, but he also had a Megadrive on his second TV, with Sonic and... you guessed it. Having played Sonic a number of times, I took the Pit Fighter cartridge, proceeded innocently to insert it into the Megadrive, and pressed the "power on" button. I was @ LUXOR casino and i was walking around the arcade and i saw pit-fighter i remember getting my ass beat by the dude in white with the big ass chain. i think i cried because i lost, or i cried because the game sucked so bad... hmmm but i got closure a few weeks ago, i downloaded it and beat it on mame. that game is impossible to beat without cheats Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
