Both are balanced well and both games introduced a lot of new players into the game. Tenka is also a decent game, but the overall consensus of the game is that it isn't up to par to the rest of the games in terms of quality. Even though SNK went through the effort in redoing all the effects, voice overs et etc for the game, but it's still decent enough it got some exposure in the tournament scene, just never reached the top like 2 and 5SP.
