sammaz Posted May 11, 2008 Posted May 11, 2008 PS3news.com is leaking reports of an announcement to come this evening! Looks like the debug unit they got has paid off
iq_132 Posted May 11, 2008 Posted May 11, 2008 PS3news.com I wouldn't believe anything that shit hole has as news.
sammaz Posted May 11, 2008 Author Posted May 11, 2008 PS3news.com I wouldn't believe anything that shit hole has as news.I got over-enthusiastic early in the morning after playing GTA4 for 14 hrs. Lol
olaf Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 it's a ploy to generate web traffic that they otherwise wouldn't get
Wizard Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Ha, never. It'll be patched, unless it's an exploit from the hardware level.
Devia Eleven Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 We need to be able to put emulators on the PS3. The PS3 is very powerful, and it's the next step for emulation machines from the PSP and the XBOX.

Devia Eleven Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I would have mentioned the 360 but currently no one has actually made an emulator for it.
Lucandrake Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I think both the 360 and the PS3 are far from being haxed to the same level as the PSP and XBOX. Hope is there though.

fumanchu Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 ive seen some vids over at youtube witn people putting yellowdog linux on their ps3 and running sdlmame and running some of the capcom vs series games at full speed.so if they arent fake then i think the ps3 is halfway there.
Wizard Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Depends which VS games your talking about. Generally speaking, a 1.4GHz machine with 256 MB of ram can run MSH.
BlackKnight Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 The point is all your PS3 Linux emulators have gimped hardware access.
