People from California do not have accents?

Well I was born and raised in Kentucky but live in Indiana for last 40 years and they still say I have a slight southern accent. But I don't notice it. Maybe we should talk on the chat again and you tell me.

if you want to hear accents come to scotland.about every 5 miles everyone talks or sound different.

I agree, I just recently talked with someone from California and he didn't have an accent at all. I guess PA and CA are lucky enough to be neutral.
