Wait for the next Desmume versions ;)

The next version most likely will not support Pokemon D/P since it has many 3D graphics. No DS emulator will support 3D for a good long time. Get used to it. :(

Well, I was going to ask why these emulator programmers are having so much trouble getting 3D graphics to work since there are working emulators for the N64 and PSX (as well as a somewhat working one for the PS2) and even one for the Gamecube but after reading that I think I understand now. Man, Nintendo really hates the emulation community don't they. That "hack" that the person is talking about in that link will probably only be a temporary solution though.

ya but you have to remember when those first came out there was alot of problems and alot of games didn't work even now they are still trying to fix stuff on some psx emulators
