but it can't be selective... to wipe out terrorism, you hafta wipe out ALL it's forms, INCLUDING state terrorism.

does anyone else find it too much of a coincidence that this happened like a month after england made it's own color coded terrorist alert system?

 

 

speaking of terrorist threat systems, WHY the colors? are people too stupid to understand words these days?

 

i mean, they always hafta explain what each color means, since no one is sitting down and memorizing the meaning.

 

i'm just waiting until we hit code level purple... all the terrorists are bein funky!

No, it would have been a coincidence if it had happened the very day that the UK released its colour coded terrorism alert system. The fact it took a month meant that it's not a coincidence any longer.

 

Perhaps they're worried about the illiterate people not understanding the explanations?

It kinda sucks that there's those types of people that exist in the world.

 

Yes, but we can have faith knowing that there will always be people among the Muslim community who would inform the British government of such plots by alleged terrorists!

I agree with Madman and Robert its all too coincidal things happening and the issue of alert and talk of giving up civil liberites to fight terroism.

 

The next day alledgely plot to blow up planes with liquid. When IRA were in action where all these speaches and alerts.

 

I know IRA are on the level of some of the attrocities that have been done by Al queda or copycats of them.

 

Until there is no percived oppression of Moslems in the world then multitude of terror acts would die down but we all know thats never gonna happen. Just look at Israel and (insert border Arab country) there will always be turmoil.

 

Terroism will never go but if the UN can help by giving a state for the Palestines it may be a step in the right direction.
