winrar help.....

I download a winrar file but its 4 part with the name

ff8cd1.rar.0 ff8cd1.rar.1 ff8cd1.rar.2 ff8cd1.rar.3

I can`t extact it with winrar...what should I do?

this may seem like a stupid question, but did you remove the.0.1.2...etc ?

i thought the no. should be.01,.02,.03 etc etc?

Rename "ff8cd1.rar.0" to "ff8cd1.rar", "ff8cd1.rar.1" to ff8cd1.r00", etc. and try extracting.

I try it before I ask for help ...... is there any program that do the split in this way ?

they were only two posts, and i used one to explain to him exactly what i meant since i felt he'd understand it easier, it was both in english and in arabish, and the second one i was answering his surprise to not knowing i could speak arabic, as well as acknowledging him telling me he tried what i told him to do.

 

i do not think it's that big of a deal.

How do I combine these two?

you'll have to convert them into an mpeg format, then go over to the command line in their directory and do

 

copy /b NameOfFile01.mpg + NameOfFile02.mpg NameOfNewFile.mpg

 

the white space between the second file and the name of the new file implies "equals" sort of speak
