Samurai Edge Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 I countered it twice this year, and it's indeed bad. Lucky for me, most of my bookmarks are in IE since I use IE more.
ken_cinder Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 I countered it twice this year, and it's indeed bad. Lucky for me, most of my bookmarks are in IE since I use IE more. Although I don't use IE for anything but Windows Update, I do this whenever I have new bookmarks in Firefox. I export em and import them into IE, just because I like having my "Favourites" in the Start Menu.Have you noticed however, that in doing so.......IE never imports the "Mozilla Firefox" folder properly? It imports the folder, but none of the shortcuts.
Alucard1475 Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Try here also; C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\681ybm8q.default C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\681ybm8q.default\bookmarkbackups
BrOkEn ArRoW_29 Posted November 13, 2005 Author Posted November 13, 2005 I've tried almost everything but I still have hope.
Madman Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I had lost bookmarks as i tend to forget to backup them prior formatting my HDD. I use http://sitebar.org/ now. Stores your bookmarks on a webserver.
BrOkEn ArRoW_29 Posted November 16, 2005 Author Posted November 16, 2005 So no solutions for recovering them?
Agozer Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 So no solutions for recovering them? One would think tht if someone knew, he would have already posted. Just saying, you know. :/
BrOkEn ArRoW_29 Posted November 19, 2005 Author Posted November 19, 2005 No backups because I was a tool for not knowing of any programs.
