Vin Diesel, Wesley Snipes, Ice Cube, Jason Statham and a few others I can't remember are the closest to being badasses in Hollywood right now. But yes, the "real" badasses have disappeared.

Vin Diesel is a bumbling idiot with no charisma. XXX was the most forced "coolness" I've ever seen a movie.

 

But I agree with Kurt Russel. I want more Escape movies and more stuff like Big Trouble in Little China.

If you've ever seen Dark Man. He's at the end of the movie. Evil Dead I, II, and II he was Ash. If you've ever seen Xena or Hurculeseseses, he was uh, Jack. He also was in Spiderman I and II, playing a cameo role. He was the usher in Spiderman 2.
