I decided to make this thread out of fun. I think ti would be interesting to see what peopel here would say in predicting a winner in this match up.

Ok, every few days I am going to think of two types of fighters from a sport, it could be MMA, pro wrestling, kick boxing, heck even movie stars like Jackie Chan. I will pit them against each other and you guys vote on who the winner will be. Remember this thread is meant for fun so don't take it to serious, also please don't insult anyone for making there honest opinion. Not like anyone is going to post in this thread or even oay attention to it anyways but what the hell. On with it.

More info on the fighters:

Batista:

001.jpg002.jpgp795.jpg

Height - 6'5"

Weight - 300lbs

DOB - January 18, 1969

Titles - Leviathan - OVW Heavyweight, Batista - WWE Raw Tag Team(two times), 2005 Royal Rumble winner. Current number one contender for WWE title.

Extended info:David Bautista got his start in this business like so many others in this industry - by finding someone to teach him the right way to do it. That someone was Afa, of WWE fame, and also of the Wild Samoan Training Center in Allentown, PA. There, Dave learned the basics of this business from someone who had been through it himself.

Through hard work and dedication, Dave earned himself a spot in Afa's WXW promotion, debuting in July 1999 as Kahn. During his seven month tenure in WXW, Batista was overpowering - to the point that WWE brass started to pay attention. Dave was rewarded for his efforts by being sent to OVW, a known WWE training ground for up-and-coming talent.

In OVW, Batista - there known as Leviathan, the "Demon from the Deep" - continued his dominant ways, making his television debut July 15, 2000, coming to the aid of OVW's stalwart vixen, Synn. He secured victories over current WWE talent the Big Show and Kane, while facing other huge stars like Steve Austin and the Undertaker. He worked with then fellow-OVWers Brock Lesnar, Sean O'Haire, John Cena and Randy Orton - now all regulars on WWE television. Dave won the OVW Heavyweight Championship from Doug "Machine" Basham on November 11, 2001 and held it until February 20, 2002, when he lost in a controversial match to John "Prototype" Cena. From there, he fell into disfavor with then-manager Synn, demanding a title re-match and developing a sense of independence. Finally, she "sold" his contract to Reverend D'Von, and Dave's WWE career began.

Batista's national television debut came on May 9, 2002, when he appeared on SmackDown in the corner of D'Von as Deacon Batista. He carried a lockbox for donations to be made to D'Von's "ministry" and helped the Reverend to an impressive streak of victories, including one over Triple H. However, Batista was not to be overshadowed for long and he parted ways with D'von, in dramatic fashion, in September of 2002, leaving SmackDown behind.

An independent and determined David Batista made his RAW debut on November 4, 2002. The familiar dominance continued, as he racked up victory after victory, subjecting all who dared enter his path to the now feared sit-out power bomb. People took notice, including wrestling legend Ric Flair. It wasn't long before Flair and Batista formed a partnership, which slowly became something more with the addition of Randy Orton and Triple H.

Height - 5'11

Weight - 205 lbs

DOB - 7/3/1976

Titles - International Vale tudo middleweight champion, Current Pride Fighitng Championship Middleweight champ, 2003 Pride Fighting Grand Prix Middleweight super tournament Champion (biggest tournament win in fight sport history), Number 1 ranked fighter in the world most likely.

Extended info: Go here.

My pick: Vanderlei Silva by far. As the fight starts Batista might try to bull rush in and try to get a hold of Silva and try to out muscle him, over power him and maybe deliver some strikes, but Silva will easily counter is and catch him with a right hand coming in and either knock him out or stun him. If Batista tries to clinch with Silva, he will again be knocked out from knees to the head. If for some reason batista does not want to Grab silva ans tries to stand and trade with him, it will be the biggest mistake of his life, Silva will easily punish him with kicks, knees, punches and will most likely knock him out with a right cross or right hook within two minutes.

In the end Vanderlei Silva by brutal knockout.
