No, most slot-2 devices (whether it is meant for NDS or GBA) will run NDS homebrew. In fact, before I got my first M3 Perfect, I was running NDS games off of my EFA 256mbit flashcart with a PassMe v1.5.

I wouldn't surprised that they call this Sony PSP faster because it's by default clocked at 333mhz. Yeah, but all the newer UMD's are supposed to be running at 333mhz anyway.

Eh... not quite. All you need is a GBA flashcard/cart and the ARDS, no official DS card needed to run homebrew/ROMs from a slot-2 device.

Meh. Seems a bit unnecessary to me. It doesn't look THAT much slimmer. As for the battery and speed up, you can get better batteries for the original PSP, and game loading times aren't too long at 333mhz.

Whats a PASSME and R4DS???? R4DS is a slot-1 flashcard. PassMe is a device that lets you run NDS games off of a slot-2 flashcard/cart. For more info, see the links in my sig and use Google. But how does that work why would you use slot 2 if you have slot 1?? Because slot-2 devices support GBA mode, slot-1 cards do not.

Been playing a whole bunch of NGPC games. SNK Vs Capcom - Card Fighters Clash, The Last Blade, Glas Fighters, and Cotton - Fantastic Night Dreams really stand out from the rest.

To use ARDS with a real DS game cart: 1. Put the ARDS into the DS card slot (slot-1) and boot up the DS. 2. When prompted, take the ARDS out, and put in your DS game cart. 3. When the AR software detects the game you inserted, choose your codes and press GO. 4. If you chose the option to save codelist changes, you will be prompted to reinsert the ARDS. Once the changes are saved, you will be promted to reinsert the game card. You can add/update codes using the PC software and a USB cable. And no, it will not work with a flashcard. Also, if you have a slot-2 (GBA slot) device, hold "Select" while booting up with the AR inserted to load that slot-2 device in DS mode (Just like a PassMe/NoPass card).

When you say "i have tried in many official games but none of them can find any AP," does that mean your real DS game cards (as in: one you bought), or commercial ROMs on your DS-X? If your real game cards (Not ROMs on the the DS-X) can't even hook up, I'd say something is wrong with the DS itself.

Ok Im playing digimon ds on no$gba and im using the EEPROM 64KBytes and it saved and i waz happy but i reset it just to make sure it would load but it didnt i also tried EEPROM 8KBytes but the same thing happened any ideas??!!! Try the FLASH 2M and 4M save types, if No$GBA supports them, that is.

It runs a bit choppy on iDeaS v1.0.1.7a with stuttering sound. You might also want to try No$GBA v2.4b and DeSmuME v0.7.2. Note that no matter which emulator you use, you will not be able to use Wifi.
