What is this name of this so called company.

wtf is this... I thought it was about crouching tiger hidden dragon game but i found out it just may be a kof mugen rip. It plays well but holy pie I took about 2 days of finding it and downloading to find out it not the cthd game. Can someone tell me if this is a carp of a mugen rip game and i run this so call game on winkawaks 1.47

I'll done that already and there is no change and the roms sould be listed there already if i use the loader.

Does anyboady know how to make the the loader work for the emulator because i have the version of 1.45 and 1.46 with both loader and they open and i refresh the list the new roms still don't show up. Can someone help me in this?
