If work gets too stressful I take holidays. Depression is not a word in my vocabulary. There is always something to do. -

Same here. I spend all day at work doing helpdesk stuff, and building pc's and so on. Then at home, working on misfitmame, and reading the forums especially this one. -
I prefer maximum speed and minimum overhead, and no restrictions on what i can do on MY computer. Vista phails.

Maybe he means activation keys. When I got my XP computer, I rang up, read the number to them, and they gave me another number to type in. I can't imagine support just giving CD keys over the phone with no proof.
