Maybe he has full security turned on, like I do. Mooney, right-click on the folder that's denied to you, choose Properties, click on Security. Depends on the OS, if there is a checkbox for Allow Inheritable permissions, blah blah, tick it, click ok. If there isn't, click on Add, type in Everyone, ok ok. If the security tab is missing, make sure you are an Adminstrator. If the security tab is all greyed out, you need to take ownership first. I'll expain that if the above stuff doesn't work.

I hope you're getting ready to sue. I've heard lots of bad things about American Police, I'm sure other members will have similar horror stories.

Make sure there are no accented characters in your text. I had the same trouble when trying to post some news yesterday. Needed to remove some European characters. It's an unfortunate problem with the Miskie server.

I don't mind lots of posts about MUGEN, it helps keep the community alive. What we need is more people who are experts at it. Requests are fine, so long as any copyright issues are observed or at least acknowledged. My definition of copyright = do not plagarise, and acknowledge original sources. If the original author does not want something to be distributed, then don't do it.

Get the bestest pc you can lay your hands on. It will make a difference!

That was easy!

I had one hairy incident when I had my first car. I came out of a side street and it had been raining. As soon as I touched the accelerator, the car started spinning around and I freaked out. Cars were going in all directions and luckily there were no accidents. My car ended up on the grass off the side of road facing the opposite way i had been going. I just sorta sat there for 10 minutes, zombied out. I made sure I bought some new tyres that week.

When you pass the computer exam you become a L-plater (Learner Driver). Then after you pass the driving exam, you become a P-plater (Provisional driver). After a few years, if you are good, then you get the full licence. P-platers and L-platers have to have a special plastic symbol affixed to the car so that everyone knows to watch out. Also L-platers and P-platers have limits on how fast they can drive.

I had one accident when I was a P-plater. Usually at a T-intersection, the straight road has the right of way. Except in this case. I never noticed the give way sign until it was too late and I hit another car. I have comprehensive insurance so it didn't cost me anything until the next renewal. No more accidents since. When I was driving to my father's funeral, some idiot in a truck tried to run me off Parramatta Road into a power pole. Luckily I was able to stop in time. I nearly went to my own funeral instead!
