The EULA is also not legal, because you can't install and try out the software without "agreeing" first. Nearly everything in those EULA's contravenes your statutary rights. The rights given by your government override whatever some foreign company says.

In Australia it is legal if the intent is to get around region restrictions. But not legal if you intend piracy. Region restrictions have no legal standing here, and may be freely circumvented.
