    Make sure you are running direct-x 9 or higher If you are using Vista , who knows what trouble it may cause. Make sure your command prompt is set to windowed, not full screen. and, make sure that if you double-click on your zip files, that they open without error.

    Make sure you put the kof2003.zip, and the neogeo.zip, STILL ZIPPED, into the ROMS folder.
