  1. i havent had much time to mess with the thc dash, im just using the green one. i made a ghost in the shell version to quickly test it out but it needs alot of work. i like the decepticon symbol on yours. damn you sure have alot of skin mods! do you take requests? what a great forum.
  2. yeah i also have this prob in fbax as well as kawa x. my button mappings are screwed, kick will be reversed with low punch, and med kick is replaced with low punch. i emailed lantus about it but no response. i am using a reflex arcade stick.
  3. i use the tHcdash. with evox on button combo launch from the main dash if i have to ftp.
  4. yeah the debug and xdk can, there is a real good tutorial on xbscene to make your retail into a devbox, easy too.
  5. your full of doo-doo. dont spread useless rumors like this. ****YOU CANNOT PLAY BURNED ANYTHING FROM THE GAMECUBE DVDROM (yet)*** starcube did release a new loader tho
  6. i find the easiest thing to use is quix. but you need avalaunch. i use the tHc dash and have ava as button combo launch whenever i need to ftp into the xbox. apps like xfer/quix allow you to extract the iso on the fly, the GUI has entries for folder name, rename xbe, media patch etc...
  7. well what dash are you using? make sure your evox.ini file is pointing to the game dir your using, or whatever other dash it is, confirm its looking in the right place, and also, make sure your not uploading the.iso to the xbox, you have to extract it to the xbox. i havent used hddloader, but i assume you should have something that looks like this: f:/games/bmxxx/with your extracted iso here
  8. of course, upload it to your games dir and it should auto list into whatever dash you are running. if you have avalaunch, use quix to transfer the iso over, otherwise xfer is ok too. or you can extract the files to your pc and upload them via flash fxp.
  9. you could also mount the image and re rip it to a format you can use, bin cue/ alcohol, iso etc...
  10. there are settings in xbmp/xbmc for the aspect ratio, also in the config.xml... i dont remember if the evox.ini had an aspect ratio setting or not, but i know the skin does have settings for positions of various fonts etc... try that. alot of stuff also looks at the xbox dash setting to determine the aspect, mine is set to 16:9 anyways almost every emu or app has a resize feature...
  11. if worse comes to worse you can always install stuff from the dvdrom, or get slayers disc, ive never tried it but might be a godsend if your a n00b, just make sure to get it off the official irc channel, there was a trojan in some copies floating around on BT and stuff...
  12. peep game: http://gc-compat.webhop.net/ there is also a database file you can import into pheonix that lists what games work with what loaders/settings/save hacks etc...
  13. the zelda game that came with GC does not work with streaming right now... there is a compatibility list for all games on the web somewhere, i dont have the link for it right now, try google.
  14. buy PSO game. buy broadband adapter, plug it in to bottom of the cube. i have a router, you could use a second NIC if need be, or a crossover cable i guess. router is easiest, i have my GC, PS2 and XBOX all connected to mine. you boot up PSO, then run the dumper from the pc side, then on PSO click online game, the dumper then launches and tells you to switch discs of the game you want to dump, then it begins dumping to your pc. You then play the games from your pc... you CANNOT burn them to work on a GC (yet) however you can burn them and stream them from your pc drive if you want, but it makes no sense unless you have limited space on your HD. Use the pheonix loader to run the games... some games work 99%, most have issues with sound and FMV sequences... follow those instructions above to set your IP properly. its fairly easy.
  15. you need: a gamecube (duh) PSO broadband adapter then you simply launch the iso dumper and you have a.gcm on your pc.
  16. I used to play Dragons Lair on the arcade machine, and would love to do so again. However i am having a very difficult time finding these, any suggestions? thanks!
