Please leave this alone Id like it left for everyone to come in the future would be great for some and at least a legacy of the struggle of hard heads. Im off under a diff name and site as ive been working on a new project for a while now and its time to get it all going...dont worry mame is a big part of it. Ive had my say in the last few days and ill leave my legacy with what ive said it may not be liked but im happy enough with what ive said. I do believe im not leaving you guys in great hands but Fumanchu is exceptional for support....hes pretty much spot on in what he says there are other but watch out please that is why ive left you with Showcase really. by the way iq_132 is by far the best driver person ive seen...... and there have been other helpers some big ones..... you bet.... its locked (I cant stand critisism of stuff that isnt researched or repeated time and time again) "CoinOPS reignite R3" is the last version of CoinOPS there are plenty of experts ( that at least think they know what they are doing ) around here. Good luck everyone I would recommend CoinOPS reignite SHOWCASE for most people it will be what they want....I recommend trying it and not listening to so called experts. There will be a SHOWCASE 2 coming with many changes but no info will be given at present...no release date or anything other than that build is out of date with my Build. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3MgoLAbqF4 for a video of SHOWCASE in SD in motion PS dont believe that I locked anything on the skin or romwise....the skin is full customisable more so than FBA thats for sure. Due to the way it does alpha channels in different pngs its a bit harder to skin without PS knoweldge. The only thing locked is alpha fade in videos and ive fixed that with a new option in the ini to enable/disable video alpha fade. But if you want to skin knock yourself out dont believe thats its locked cause I can tell you 100percent it isnt locked in anyway it just requires the work put in to make it happen PS no PMs please!!! I dont need any options anymore you can talk to the experts I know they will move things forward (sarcasim) with there great ideas and a I definatly know whats hes thinking (sarcasim) cause I know im in the loop all ill say is newbes (maybe sarcasim) . this is your guys final warning............... on this crap im already in no mood to finish R4 for you guys as it is.... as I finished it mostly weeks ago, this stuff makes me change direction away from this crap and work on my own personal build and not bother spending a few hours to sync it with a public build

it doesnt at all... and when you said it there was only screenshot (it supports more than what is in any other MAME on the xbox skin wise, alot more is opened than any other version and also alot more than what I had to deal with orig).... PS any more of this stuff and ill show you guys locked down WARNING 1 any more of this crap the next version will be encrypted and xmls locked and anything else I feel like into one encryted but smaller file im so sick of so called experts telling me whats what when they have about 10percent of the understanding of whats in CoinOPS and how it works (10percent is probably wrong its more like less than 1percent of whats going on under the hood) if you dont want to listen to me and tell me whats what you can add the stuff and do it as your the expert.

Coding is getting harder and harder for me as my build has alot of code that isnt really for gen public now...the whole multiple core thing is getting more and more imbedded into my build. Keeping them in sync is getting harder and harder really

as I say if someone comes up with a better design CoinOPS and its code can change to allow for it. also I like it alpha faded I had it the other way and dual previews but both I hated so both have been remarked out codewise

vertical video previews are not hardcoded at all I told you want to search for to find both horizontal and vertical screensizes.... Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Detail.Screenshot.Area = horizontal (or vertical if you have option of stretch vertical game previews) Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Screenshot.Area = vertical (unless stretch vertical game preview is enabled) and yes alpha fade is locked at present. I asked for PSD to skin stuff a while back but had no demos so skin stuff was as is. I think CoinOPS ignite R4 uses a non locked alpha fade for videos (the one where the screensaver has alpha fade by default) Show me the new skin and code it up I can look to see if its worth me attaching alha fade to screenshot alpha fade and where any new features for the skin is worth my time really.

I allready know the manufactures and removed most of them on purpose...the main ones are there and all Neogeo are placed togther and NeoGeo SNK as they made half the games for it (it was a quick way to group all NeoGeo together as NeoGeo has alot of fans). As I say if you want a complete experince of manufacture names every other Mame on the xbox uses the true MAWS names .... I removed them on purpose as there where over 80 diff manufactures and to me thats clutter. Same as what I did to Cats there was over 75 cats origionally as well. To many for what I wanted (it ilocked into the xbe maybe I would think of moving to an xml one day but its not on my list of stuff to do at present) And yes Kaneko is back in as alot of there games have been fixed in R4

it uses a plus minus controll method so a stick is needed

the list you sent are clutter to me....I removed them also alot you say are wrong they are licienced to say Sega but made by someone else so they are not really sega games.... but in R4 i have added keniko and one other manufacture back from being other. I dont want to clutter the list with all those obscure names for that I would recommend using an emu with proper naming like Mamedox or HK or Bendermike the roms/manufactures are mame true

hmmmm can look into it sometime..... all my videos are native 640x480 all but about 3-4 of them Screenshot.Area are the 2 sizes for horizontal and vertical Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Detail.Screenshot.Color.UpperLeft = 255 0 0 0 Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Detail.Screenshot.Color.UpperRight = 255 0 0 0 Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Detail.Screenshot.Color.LowerRight = 255 0 0 0 Body.ScrollArea.SingleRow.Detail.Screenshot.Color.LowerLeft = 255 0 0 0 but the emu bug (auto scroll ) ??? no idea what that means might have locked in the alha fade for videos to xbe so it can change with screensaver mode or no.... cant remember ill need to look at the sources again. As its a bit untidy as it once had screenshots and video at the same time option in settings.

im aware hang on has an issue super hang on is good to go ive remaped polepos 1 and 2 but hi gear just seems to slow the car down low gear is good thoughout low speed to 220

I havent done much lately...run out of steam ill get it back at some point I guess I can add the no screenshots when scrolling option would only take 5mins

you cant without my help please list them and ill look into it. If not you will have to use a non BP build
