My primary hard drive, is 80 gig and my second is 60 gig, i was thinking of installing all my pc games and roms on my second hard drive and running them from there, does any one know if this will effect my performance or make my computer work harder? thanks.

Yep its time for a reformat and i wondering if i should use/get any new programs or apps. Any suggestions? internet: internet explorer or firefox ? firefox seems to be popular but is internet explorer better now with the service pack 2? partitioning: At the store i came across Norton partitioner, has any one came across this program? may be easier than manually creating my partitions. virus protection- probably still use norton 2003, any others should i use firewall: some get in the way when playing online games but im not currently playing any... any suggested firewalls, was thinking about using a Norton firewall (is windows firewall enough?) spy ware: I use adaware, seems to be good, but Norton usually catches everything any other apps or software i should use? thanks.

there seems to be a big scare and some major crackdowns in the p2p community and distribution and downloading of pirated software. The effects can be seen here and on a weekly basis on various news sites. It seems that the notion of ever getting caught or warned seems to be getting closer to home. My question to you is, what would it take for you to change your downloading habits?

When choosing what roms or isos you want do you go for quality or quantity? Personally I download only the games i want, but sometimes i fear that I am missing out some really great games, so part of me wants to go back and acquire full rom sets. How do the rest of you feel over quality or quantity, when getting games? .

I downloaded a 4gb MAIM, file from overnet, its in dvd-iso format and is a.nrg file. I tried to burn it on nero, but i dont have a dvd burner and it gives me errors, I tried loading it with daemon, but nothing happened..... does anyone know how to open this file? Thanks.

no prob, basically two or more movies i have downloaded and have tried to burn to cd, do not work, the movies are under or exactly 700 mb so i know they fit. But when i burn them I seem to be losing information, that is the size of the movie after it has been burnt to cd will drop by 10-20 mb and will not play never had this happen before though

Ok, I put all my movies onto my 2nd hard drive, right click them (send to cd rw) you know the drill, make name for cd, and burn. The end result for some of my movies is that i lose several mb, the movie will be 685 and the one on my cd will be 665 and wont even play? How the Fuk does this happen?!?!?!? has anyone experienced this problem? Thanks.

For my birthday I got a 20gb ipod, it was open so i got a killer deal for only 230 (plus they marked it down wrong), and a 2 year warranty for 40 bucks in the end it came out to around 280. I have a ton of songs on it, and i think its cool. I told my dad i would try it out for a month and if i dont end up using it i would return it for a full refund within 30 days. well its almost time, I have been very busy and have not used it in about a week and a half and its just collecting dust. Its not that i dont want to use it, just dont seem to have the time, and when school starts again it would probably be used even less, (i also cant study with music) So i was thinking of returning it and getting something thing else. I was possibly thinking of a digital camera, and definitely not software or something that i could just download... any suggestions?

I thought the whole thing was stupid, it took every classic moment from the past movies and did them the same exact way and expected us to be like WOW thats original. The relationship between the black chick and the predator was stupid... I expected *****her**** (EDIT: OMG forgot to put that the first time LOL im a predator homo) to go down and eat some predator cock,,,, erm i mean chicken at any point in the movie. over all, I think the ending would have been a better at the beginning to the movie, cut out the ancient pyramid and that crap and utilize humans in a better way and i think it would have been better, maybe in the sequel and the "special made" alien shield and sword was retarded.

yea im going to change the difficulty, started it on easy or recruit... and my health bar has never dropped past 50, can you change it midgame? probably not, if so illl just beat it and then go back and beat it on hard.
