  1. If you do that I will hire Celine Dion to come round your house and sing personally to you for 12 hours straight! YES I am that mean
  2. so no crazy e-mails? awww crap. I was looking forward to those
  3. have you tried running the ISO with Daemon tools?
  4. no they don´t those guys are really good it is just that they don´t take it serious and never will..... maybe it is better that way Yeah I quite like some of the googoo dolls stuff. For pop music it definately agrees with me and from a technical POV thier songwriting is really solid. Plus they use a lot of alternative/weird guitar tunings and I'm really into that right now
  5. I can totally believe that. All versions of windows are full of useless bloatware crap that we don't need. I dual boot with Linux but Linux is pretty useless with games compatability unfortunately. Anyway if it's not a scam then I definately want one
  6. Don't worry about it guys. It think it probably has to do with this e-mail I got today If it isn't, then you can start to worry
  7. [fanboy]Yeah DC rocks. Everything else sucks[/fanboy] Anyway it is still pretty easy to get a DC in the UK. I got a great deal just after Christmas. I got 3 Dreamcasts (one was broken but I fixed it. The laser callibration was off a little) for £40. I got 6 vmus for £0.50 each and also a couple of vibration packs and a keyboard for £2. Not to mention all the great games I have bought on the cheap the last few months. I have my DC hooked up to my sound system in my room and it's a great MP3 and VCD player
  8. Usually you just have to extract the first file and it extrats the rest of the archive automatically.
  9. Well I recommend you start using Opera instead of IE It's much quicker for browsing through sites since it has a built in blocker and you can turn off images & flash etc really easily Alternatively just go to http://www.panicware.com, thier free pop up blocker is great.
  10. Yeah everyone was pissed off at Lavasoft because there were no Ad-aware updates coming out. Turned out the reason was because they were giving it the program a complete overhaul. They seem to have more regular updates now than they even used to and the search process that it does seems much more thorough (more like a virus scan). Death to spyware!
  11. Not in the UK or the USA. They still make plenty DC games in Japan though and have done since the DC died over here. It sucks because the only ones I can really understand are the KOF games. The rest are too heavy with the Japanese for me to understand.
  12. No prob It's because they are RAW images, so the data is burned at 2300(I can't remember exactly how much) bytes/sectors instead of 2048 bytes/sectors.
  13. With alcohol and blindwrite(cd burning apps) you can fit 800Mb+ on a 700Mb 80min cd-r. The iso should have a.cue or a.bin in there somewhere.
  14. I'm on dialup 56k "dreamcast" took 90 seconds "nintendo" took 155 seconds "neogeo" took 172 seconds "roms" took 109 seconds
  15. My guess is that the music has been ripped out. You get that with a lot of DC ISOs. Anyway Chu chu rocket is just as bad with the music off as with the music on so don't worry
  16. I liked Gilder in Skies of Arcadia "Dance for me" heh
  17. lucky !%&*&$! I should be connected to the fat pipe soon. I hope so anyway....
  18. Go to http://www.dot.tk/ then on the main page type the address you want into the "find a domain name now!" search box. If it's available then it will take you through a simple sign up process. You just put in the words that will be in your meta tags, A general description of what your site is about and the current website address. Easy and free, can't beat that heh.
  19. If you have Fifa 2003 for the PC there are patches to add the Argentinian Liga and even some other South American leagues to the game. The Argentinian one is at http://www.fifala.com/arstools/ligar/ and there are lots of other patches at http://www.fernando-ribeiro.com/games/fifa...m/downloads.cfm
  20. Nice list Rod Maher (one of the Bleemcast programmers) posted this at DCemulation.com today So this is bleem running at 30% Well we have Sony to thank for us never getting our hands on the 100% final. Arseholes
  21. Sports games That is one thing that has always annoyed me. I mean I know it was probably to keep the speed of the game up but the crowds are always awful! They don't look like actual people. They are just 2 frame animations of cardboard cutouts who have Hemorrhoids
  22. I did a bit of searching and found these links http://www.d.kth.se/~d00-pbr/amc/adf/ has kickstart 1.3 and workbench 1.3 http://dmweb.free.fr/Downloads.htm On this page, scroll down half way till you get to "The Cartographer v2.5 for Amiga" then download the "amiga emulation kit". It contains kickstart roms 1.3 and 3.1 and also workbench 1.32 http://zilog.no.sapo.pt/amiga_e.html has workbench 3.1, kickstart 2.0 and a couple of usefull utilities http://www.anticlockwise.dk/amigasoftware.htm Finally this site has everything basically. Hopefully all these links will remain working for a while. Enjoy
  23. I know what you mean. All the plants and trees look pretty good in games like Morrowind though. And boy do you spend a LOT of time walking around looking at them!
  24. ISS3 is coming out for the PC sometime soon. It's the first Konami soccer game to be released on it. The best on the PC is probably Fifa 2003 as the competition is pretty useless. If you want the perfect football game then get Pro Evolution Soccer 3 (Winning Eleven) for the Gamecube. It's only getting a japanese release but only the menus take a little while to understand. And trust me, it is soooo worth it
  25. I like the nice simple layout. I don't like when a webpage is busy with too much stuff. It's pretty slow loading but I guess when the webspace is 100% free with no banners you would expect that. Anyway I like it. Keep up the good work mate
