1) There is no neo-geo.rom in the same directory where the Neoragex executable resides 2) Neo-geo.rom is missing from Neogeo.zip or Neogeo.zip doesn't exist (put this in the roms folder). In any case, redownload the Neo-Geo BIOS. Sorry for the late reply since I misread your initial post earlier. And no, there is no BIOS included with my emulator packages.

Does it include the splattering sounds as well? If so, which 2 versions of Mame are you using? everyone has the same romsets its not going to make any differnce what emulators is being used. Well, I have korean compilations of mame called "MAMELONA-43" and "EKMAME PLUS", and I am even using the same romfile without anything done to them, and they perform differently. If emulators are not the issue, then Im having trouble finding what the issue may be. How do these emulators perform differently?

Yes, EGCG should work flawlessly under XP and 2K, but I also have the XP version of 0.8c if you still want it.

Those games fall under ISOs. But I can anwser the rest. You can burn them on CDs but you'll need a modchip to play them on a real Playstation. And then you can mount the ISO or ther CD iamge that you downloaded with Daemon Tool. Works like there's a CD in the drive, when there actually isn't.
