BoxTorrents is very good. If you want my take on this illegal/legal thing, here goes... You can freely download anime as long as it's not licensed in North America (however, I could less about this, since I don't even live in the US + anime isn't so mainstream yet over here.) In short, I wouldn't worry about Anime-only BT sites being shut down anytime soon.

I only get it right after I load a game and then it goes away pretty much immediately. I had it pretty bad when I ffirst started, but nothing a few driver updates and console commands couldn't fix.

The first time that RARE caught my eyes was when the SNES was launched... Killer Instinct and Donkey Kong Country. They've always had an eye for good graphics and excellent gameplay, so it's no wonder why every other major publisher is after them.

That sounds nice. Unfortunately it's not like that in the US. There are some homeless shelters though but not enough. Well it's not uncommon to see homeless people sleeping on benches, but most of them sleep in shelters at night. Still, the shelters are very crowded.

I'm pretty sure they use some kind of advanced timing tools since those are available.

Homeless people here don't really sleep in dumpsters. They usually sleep in apartments that were built for homeless people.
