What do you do with it? Get high? Actually, sometimes we mixed the 70% ethanol with dihydrogen monoxide. It was fun though dangerous if too much is ingested. Those experiments were fun, but the teacher swore us not to tell (this was a long time ago).

Inhaling it large amounts might cause death. It's quite horrible if you think about it that way.
