An IPS file only contains the additional data, first you have to alter the data before you can make an IPS file out of it. Every time a file's content changes, the CRC changes. The only way to do it yourself is via hexediting, and what I've read it can be quite complicated (that is, if you want a specific CRC for a file, while still making sure the file works as it's supposed to.)

Gens Plus might be better.

Yes, I I thought many times while writing the review "Am I being too lenient with this game?", but like I said in the closing paragraph, no matter how hard I ried to find faults in the game, I couldn't. Sure, others might disagree, since opinions vary. Seriously guys, get the OST. It's awesome.

Ok people, some critique pertaining the actual review please. Was it informative? (content, language, structure etc.). Something more than "omg lol u suck at spelling" would be nice.

ZSNES. You cannot change the speed of the fastforward at this point in time anyway. SRAM work on any SNES emulator, but save files are incompatible. This has been talked about on the ZSNES board, and the conclusion was that they never will be compatible across emlators.

to partly answer my own question, Europe releases get shafted because of the extra work caused by localizations to other languages than english (yes, I'm looking at you Germany and France). Also, porting the game to run on PAL systems isn't always an easy task.

Personally, I change styles every so often. From what I've read, beating the game doesn't require the usage of all styles, hell you can only stick with one and still beat the game, but you miss most of the style-specific skills and Crazy Combos.

Yeah, I wonder why Capcom just opted for Lady... The past two games had females with actual names.
